Dragons Team with the Dupage Convalescent Center Foundation

 
 

July 11, 2008 | LISLE, IL The DuPage Dragons will team with the DuPage Convalescent Center Foundation (DPCCF) this Friday, July 11th, when they take on the Dubois Bombers at 7:05 pm at the Lisle Sports Complex at Benedictine University.  For every $6 ticket purchased in advance, the Dragons will donate half of the proceeds to the Foundation.  Please visit the community section on the Dragons’ website (www.dupagedragons.com) and go to fundraising event section to download the ticket order form for the DuPage Convalescent Center night.

The DuPage Convalescent Center is a not-for-profit, fully licensed 24-hour long-term skilled nursing facility committed to providing long-term nursing and rehabilitation services to DuPage County residents.  The DPCCF is a philanthropic organization serving residents of the DuPage Convalescent Center.  Formed in 1993, the Foundation is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who raise funds to improve the quality of life for DuPage County residents needing long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.

The Dragons begin a three-game weekend homestand when they take on the Bombers on Friday night.  Tickets start at $6 with kids five and under admitted free.  Group rates are available by calling the Dragons’ ticket office at 630-241-2255.
