June 25, 2008 | LISLE, IL The game tonight against the Springfield Sliders scheduled for 7:05 p.m. is still on as scheduled. Although there has been rain and could be more periodically throughout the day, the game is still on as previously scheduled. As for the events being hosted by the Dragons, they are still on tap for this evening. The gates will open at 5 p.m. tonight for our Multi-Chamber networking event. The cost to attend this event is only a business card. Otherwise, for those attending the game, the gates will be open at the normal time of 6:05 p.m. The game will begin at 7:05 barring any weather related problems.
On tap for tonight, the Dragons have Chicago Bears defensive end Alex Brown and CBS2 weatherman Don Schwenneker to throw out the first pitch. The Dragons will be looking to rebound after their loss on Sunday to Quincy. With a win the Dragons will retain sole possession of second place in the CICL.
