Dragons Assisting with Local Library Reading Programs
April 23, 2008 | LISLE, IL The Dupage Dragons have partnered with local area libraries in regards to their summer reading programs. The partnership is an aim to promote and encourage reading among children. “We are very pleased with the amount of support and cooperation we have received from the libraries in the area. The whole idea behind this partnership was for the libraries to promote the joys and importance of reading while we offer incentives to those children who participate”, said General Manager Jon Young. Visit the Dragons website to locate and sign up with a library in your area, and take advantage of the many joys that reading can bring.
